Yes, you can generate and customize your Construction/Detailed Drawing in Coohom. Various templates are available for your ease of use.

It is not possible, as Coohom is a cloud-based software and you won’t need a high-spec computer to use Coohom. You will need an internet connection, however it can even be run on 3G/4G connection.
